Bojangles in Tennessee

"Bo’s Chicken Biscuits are scrumptious! The top and bottom of the biscuits have a light salty flavor and they’re overall fluffy without being too crumbly. The chicken is the real star! It’s a thick cut white meat with a mild spicy sauce baked in. They also have Southern Storm Mountain Dew. The food is tasty and filling. Friendly, polite service with a short wait to order."

"Chicken sandwich is good, but the Bo rounds are fantastic. Pictured-medium sweet tea. Not overly sweet. Great tea flavor."

"Lived here 13 years and never had Bojangles until today that chicken was so juicy and fresh burnt my tongue a little bit didn’t think it was that fresh haha oh and that spice didn’t know the original came like that man that food was good mac was good mashed potatoes had a kick in the gravy gives what you would expect seeing it is the south haha maybe people need to come back and re-experience you guys I loved my first experience. THAT BLUEBERRY BISCUIT MY GAWD 10/10"

"We had never eaten at a Bojangles until today. Food was great. They were doing a lot of drive-through business with a short crew. The manager apologized that they were running slow. I had the grilled chicken breast sandwich and it was very tasty as was the cole slaw side item. My wife had chicken fingers and fries. Great stuff. The dining room was clean and orderly. They feature Pepsi products."

"I got the 2 Legs and Thigh and a 2 Thigh and a leg. For Sides we got 2 Dirty Rice’s, Fries and Mac n Cheese. They made a mistake and gave my wife 2 thighs so I got to eat 4 thighs since she likes the drumsticks. Sadly she only got 2 drums instead of 3. All the sides were very good but Popeyes still is my favorite fast food dirty rice. We expect to pay $20 Max. But we noticed they charged us for drinks. The people at the window need to At least tell people the Drinks aren’t free with there orders. After we order the meals the person on the mic proceeded to ask which drink would we like. This made us assume that it was included in the 7.99 and 9.99 meals we got. I could’ve went down the street to McDonald’s to get drinks if I knew the outrageous prices they charged us. Both drinks added $6 to the order. But the chicken was good. Still my favorite Bone in fried chicken but the tenders and chicken sandwich are not that good. For tenders ZAXBY’s is wayyy better and for the sandwich POPEYES and ChickFilA are wayyyy better."

"I ordered off the catering menu sausage biscuits. The manager and staff were on it and easy to work with. We had an open house for our customers, and they loved our breakfast so we will definitely keep ordering when we have future events."

"Customer care was excellent, and the employees were extremely friendly! The only thing I don't care for is the AI at the speaker box in the drive-thru."
